Thanks to supply and exhaust ventilation, the air in the apartments is constantly refreshed and humidity stays at a comfortable level, while hydronic underfloor heating warms the rooms evenly.
No dampness — the apartment is always dry, fresh, cosy and warm, whatever the weather outside.
No, we only do 1 year minimum. This helps us keep prices below daily rates and build a community of actual residents, not just vacationers.
Tenants get 1 pool pass as a gift for their entire stay. The hammam and sauna (SPA) are available with a single-entry ticket or a pass. Open daily 10 AM – 8 PM. Entry is by QR code on your phone; see the Pool & SPA page for prices.
Kids — absolutely, there's a playground on site. Pets — case by case depending on the apartment; requires an extra deposit.
