No, the minimum lease term is 12 months. This keeps rates below short-term prices and the complex a quiet residential place all year round.
The tenant who signs the lease gets a free personal pool pass for their entire stay; the QR code is issued when the lease is signed. The hammam and sauna (SPA) are available with a day pass or a longer-term pass. Open daily 10 AM – 8 PM. Entry is by QR code on your phone; see the Pool & SPA page for prices.
Kids — absolutely, there's a playground on site. Pets — case by case depending on the apartment; requires an extra deposit.
